Dr. Luethke studied at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He completed his internship at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, Virginia and his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Fitzsimons Army Medical Center in Aurora, Colorado. He completed his fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology
Fitzsimons Army Medical Center as well.

Board Certifications
He is a Diplomate, National Board of Medical Examiners (1985) and is board-certified by the American Board of Radiology (1989).
