RIA Endovascular physicians work with Inari Medical to bring state of the art procedures to our patients. Historically, arterial devices to remove clots have required the patient to receive blood thinners. The FlowTriever® and ClotTriever® were designed as a tool to remove clot while not requiring patients to receive these blood thinners. This puts the patient at less risk of bleeding, while still accomplishing the task of removing blood clots.

The benefits of these technologies are:

No capital equipment is needed

No procedure related ICU stay is required

Elimination of thrombolytics (blood thinners) and associated bleed risks

Single Session treatment option

The ClotTriever® Thrombectomy System is indicated for: The non-surgical removal of soft thrombi and emboli from blood vessels. Injection, infusion, and/or aspiration of contrast media and other fluids into or from a blood vessel.

The FlowTriever® Retrieval/Aspiration System is indicated for: The non-surgical removal of emboli and thrombi from blood vessels. Injection, infusion, and/or aspiration of contrast media and other fluids into or from a blood vessel. The FlowTriever® Retrieval/Aspiration System is intended for use in the peripheral vasculature and for the treatment of pulmonary embolism.
